Once oil is hot, add chicken pieces and spread out evenly. You could use honey or a granulated low calorie sweetener instead. Add in the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is white on the outside but still raw in the center, about 1 minute, being sure to separate any pieces that stick together with tongs or chopsticks. They are so fresh and clean looking. Really good and really 12 minutes! I made it the way the recipe said. Garnish with a pinch of red pepper flakes, if you like.
